Shipping Policy
Please note that if you need something to arrive by a certain date, please contact us to make sure it will arrive in time! We use Priority Mail through the US Postal Service to ship our packages as we have found them to be very reliable, easily traceable, and cost effective. Our online store is connected directly to USPS rate calculators and calculates your order's shipping charges based on the weight of your package plus the location (zone) it is being shipped to. Our shopping cart will charge your card at the time that you place your order and you will be emailed a receipt of your order at that time. Upon shipment of your order, another email will be sent with package tracking information.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure to choose a secure location for shipping. If your package shows delivered, please contact your local Post Office depending upon which carrier was used for your shipment, to help further.
We occasionally offer free shipping on orders over a certain weight or amount as well as flat rate shipping which applies to most items in our store except for custom orders. This is due to the fact that these products are bulky or fragile and require extra protection and care to ensure they arrive safely. Thank you for understanding. We do reserve the right to change the free and flat rate shipping options and amounts at any time.
Turnaround time: The total shipping time for your order is our turnaround time PLUS the time in transit. Please contact us directly to place your order if you need something quickly so we can help you determine which shipping method to use to make sure your package arrives in time. We strive for a 24 - 48 hour turnaround upon receipt of payment but during busy times, such as the holiday season, it can be as much as 3-4 days. Orders placed over the weekend (including most Friday orders) will be shipped out on the following Monday or Tuesday. Transit times vary based on the location to which you are shipping the package. Priority Mail has a 1-3 day transit time and does move on Saturdays (but not Sundays or holidays). All orders are shipped from Honolulu HI.
